I have always wanted to se more work by Bona, who is too little known in the U.S.A. The drawings in the film were remarkably inventive, obviously very colorful and with a lyricism of their own.
Also, I enjoyed seeing some actual footage of Bona herself; having her feed the chamelon at the end is astonishing. (I met her husband once in Paris in 1977 through Patrick Waldberg.) Thank you!
