What message(s) do you want to express through your work? I want to give a message of freedom, aesthetics, erotism and beauty, but above all aesthetics is what I want to express.
Which artists inspire you? Who are your masters?Robert Mapplethorpe is my big inspiration.
What have you gained by being on the internet?I gained a projection at another level and a better learning.
Did the internet enable you to meet new models, to find new exhibit places?Yes, the internet got me in touch with models and I have been invited to exhibitions.
Has your work ever been censored? If so, how did you deal with it?More than censored, my work has been criticized in a country as mine where male nude erotism is looked upon. I have reacted well to it finally, as I am looking for others reactions as an artist, whether they are good or bad.
What projects mean a lot to you at the moment?I have the project of taking pictures of men with another kind of beauty, that is big men or maybe men with some physical defect. I think it will be interesting.
Could you tell us a few words about the place you live/work in?Mexico is a country that is not really open to male nude erotic art, but I am respected to a certain degree as I am doing made nude since more than 20 years.
